After graduated from the Communications Department of Hong Kong Baptist College in 1988, Justine began her career as a Label Chief at Polygram Records Ltd and then spending two years with one of the leading Public Relations Agency as Account Executive where she was responsible for a variety of consumer products and financial accounts including Alfred Dunhill, Montblanc, Rothmans (Far East), Body Shop, Anex, ABC Communications, Silver Eagle and Same Time.
